How to Use:
Apply a small amount to the base of the lash extension(s) using a microfiber brush or applicator. Let sit for 5 minutes, then gently slide extensions off with the microfiber brush. Rinse thoroughly before reapplication or aftercare.

We use Royal Mail signed for services for all UK parcel’s. Please note this is a step by step tracking service that will only update when a delivery has been signed for.
We aim for all orders placed before 10am to be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 10am automatically roll over to the next working day. If you order after 10am on a Friday this will not be sent until the following Monday. Please allow extra time for delivery on bank holidays.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped please allow the following time frames below for delivery:
Royal mail 2nd class: 2-3 days from the following day of dispatch.
Special next day delivery: The next working day after your order is placed, given that you have ordered before 10am mon-fri. Please note this is only MONDAY – FRIDAY.
We can provide a tracking number should the above time frames pass. If you are not in and unable to sign for your items you will need to schedule a re-delivery or collection from your local post office. This is especially for larger orders that cannot fit through a letter box.
In the rare event that Royal Mail lose an item, we can claim for the order after 10 working days. Royal Mail aim to deal with the lost claim’s within 30 days. We are not liable, nor will we provide refunds for delays or any other inconveniences caused by royal mail.
Returns/refunds policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for our items at this moment in time. We ensure that each item is carefully packaged to prevent any damages. Therefore, please ensure you have reviewed all items in your cart before proceeding to checkout. If on a rare occasion you receive your item and it is damaged or defected, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly as we do not give refunds if you have entered them incorrectly at checkout.
